One thing i always enjoy is seeing the transformation of a house. The before and after!
FOREST FALL
Forest Fall was a dilapidated property on a fantastic plot with stunning views. Built by the previous owners who lived their all their lives we wanted to keep the orginial building and give it a second lease of life. We striped it back to bare bones and started fresh, just retaining the shell and the porch as a nod to the previous owner.
We clad the exterior walls in a pale wood composite cladding and replaced the windows with black aluminium.

The interior had a fresh new update. We kept to a neutral colour palette throughout and natural materials in a clean contemorary style inspired by Scandinavian houses. The feature wood panelled walls added some texture and warmth to the space and a great backdrop for key pieces of furniture. With the large slidding doors bringing in lots of light.

SANDALWOOD
A loved but tired single story bungalow in need of some TLC. We certainly gave it a transformation with a whole new layout, a rear extention, new porch and a brand new leisure building with swimming pool and sauna. We worked with Aleska Glancy Design on this project who helped with the layout and exterior.

We wanted the interior to have a modern classic feel so choose a soft white throughout but added warming elements such a stone, wood and lots of textures and accessories to give it a homely feel. We were all really pleased with how it turned out and it ended up being an Omaze prize!
