Woodlands was our first ever new build. We wanted to create a comfortable family home in the style of a contemporary cottage. The idea was to merge classic design with modern day living.
Kitchen Dining Room
The design for this kitchen was keeping it fresh, bright and functional so we choose pale contemporary units that reflected the light and a white worktop with the bifold doors bringing the outside in.

Living Room
This was a lovely sized room with a beautiful bay window and central fireplace as the main focal point.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
We designed this house to have 4 bedrooms up stairs and 1 downstairs. The main bedroom had a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden and it's own ensuite bathroom. We added a feature triangle window into the family bathroom to add some interest and a mirror TV in the bath for added luxury.

Hallway and Landing
Woodlands was not a huge house but we still wanted a feeling of space in the hallway and landing so decided on a central staircase with galleried landing. We added a statement chandelier and large piece of artwork for impact.

Exterior and Garden
Positioned in the middle of it's plot this house had a spacious driveway and a good sized garden backing onto beautiful woodland.
